Final Sale Notice

All airgun sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or returns on airguns unless there is a verified warranty issue.

Reporting Issues

You have 48 hours from the time you receive your order to report any missing items or visible damage. Please inspect and test all products upon arrival to ensure they are functioning properly.

Warranty & Defective Items

If a product is found to be defective (excluding damage due to misuse, modification, or wear and tear), TopGun-Airguns or the manufacturer will repair or replace the item under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. All warranty-related inquiries or returns must be initiated by contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Policy

• Returns are only accepted within 15 days of delivery, and only for non-airgun items in new, unused condition with original packaging.
• Approved returns are subject to a minimum 30% restocking fee, with the remaining amount issued as store credit.
• The restocking fee may be adjusted based on the condition of the item upon inspection.
• Returns will not be accepted beyond 15 days from the delivery date.

Inspection of Returned Items

All returned products are carefully inspected. If any signs of tampering, improper use, incorrect tuning, or excessive wear are found, we reserve the right to withhold a portion of the store credit or deny the return altogether.
